Departure for full day Istanbul tour. Just across a park stands the Blue Mosque, so called because of its exquisite tile decoration.
We next visit Ayasofya (Hagia Sophia), which was built by the Emporer Justinian and inaugurated in 537 AD.
A short walk away is the underground cistern, which is also the work of Justinian.
We will visit Topkapi Palace, lavish home to the Ottoman Sultans.
Lunch at Konyali Restaurant.
Visit to the 17th century Spice Bazaar.
Dinner in the garden of a restored Ottoman mansion.
